life.

You don’t need to own a big first aid kit or need to have taken an intensive first aid course in order to help.

A must for everyone at your workplace

Knowing what to do is as important as knowing what NOT to do. 

This seminar is designed to build confidence and develop the skills necessary to help out in an emergency.

This seminar follows a building block, layered approach so that you will always remember to deal with first things first.
